Shipping
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days of purchase.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- UK orders: 2–5 working days
- International orders: Delivery times vary depending on destination
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Free shipping is available on orders over £25.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by delays outside of our control, including courier delays, customs processing, strikes, weather conditions, or busy periods.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs charges, import duties, taxes, or fees that may apply in their country.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- The item must be in resellable condition
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery through our Contact page.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging if applicable
We will review the issue and work with you to provide a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution where appropriate.
