Shipping policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days. During busy periods, launches, promotions or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

UK Shipping

Standard UK delivery usually takes 2–5 working days after dispatch.

We offer free UK shipping on orders over £25.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to selected countries.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination but are typically between 5–14 working days after dispatch.

Please note that international customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import charges or other fees applied by their local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, strikes or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is correct at the time of ordering.

POD is not responsible for orders delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at jake@pod-products.com and we will do our best to help.

Marked as Delivered

If a parcel is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but cannot be found, customers should first check with neighbours, safe places and local delivery offices.

POD is not responsible for parcels that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
