Welcome to Pod. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

2. Product Disclaimer

The Pod Case is designed for convenient storage of small personal items. Use of the Pod Case is entirely at your own risk.

- We are not responsible for accidental opening, breakages, or damage to the case, or for any resulting loss of items stored inside.

- We are not liable for lost, damaged, or dislodged items (including but not limited to rings, jewellery, earbuds, SIM cards, or other valuables).

- While the Pod Case is made from durable materials, no storage product is indestructible, and we do not guarantee absolute protection or security.

3. Orders & Payments

- All orders must be paid in full at checkout.

- Prices are listed in GBP (£) and may be updated without prior notice.

- Discounts, promotions, and offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

4. Shipping & Delivery

- Orders are processed promptly and shipped via standard delivery (2–4 business days within the UK).

- Free shipping applies to orders over £20.

- Pod is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

- You may return unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

- Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer (unless the product is faulty).

- If a product is faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

- Pod is not liable for accidental opening, loss, breakages, or damage to items stored inside the Pod Case.

- Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

- Nothing in these Terms excludes your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

- We respect your privacy and will only use your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

- By providing your email or contact details, you consent to communication related to your order.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by UK law. Any disputes shall be handled by the courts of England & Wales.
