POD is not responsible for loss or damage to items stored in the case due to misuse, accidental opening, wear and tear, or improper handling.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. POD reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and receive payment in full. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been accepted.
